With more than 25 years in community engagement, Latrice McGlothin has partnered with and supported hundreds of organizations nationwide including the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, YWCA, Richstone Family Center, Girls Inc., Volunteer Center of South Bay, Friendship Foundation, RMJ Foundation, Girl Scouts of America and the Bob Hope USO.
From creating educational programs to spearheading numerous fundraisers, Latrice is passionate about empowering youth, serving the aging population and providing resources to underserved communities.
She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Richstone Family Center and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. She is the recipient of the 2020 GWLN Emerging Leader Award and serves on the leadership team for the GWLN Sister Society of Southern California.

Jordan Austin is the current General Manager of the Residence Inn by Marriott Manhattan Beach and has been in the South Bay Hospitality community since May 2014 and was involved in the Manhattan Beach Hospitality & Tourism Committee and 310YP. Jordan left Manhattan Beach in early 2019 to open the Element by Westin in Santa Clara where she sat on the TID Advisory Board. Returning to Manhattan Beach in December 2020, Jordan looks forward to continuing to build community relations and strengthen the Manhattan Beach tourism economy as it rebounds. She is an active member in the Junior League, sitting on an Self-Esteem Committee for the 2021-22 year. Jordan holds a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from American Military University and has received numerous volunteering awards over the years with a primary focus in preservation of backyard wildlife habitats.

Tamala Lewis is AEG’s Dignity Health Sports Park Senior Director of Community Affairs and the Foundation. In this position she oversees the Dignity Health Sports Park community affairs, public service events and charity events for the venue.
Dignity Health Sports Park is southern California’s home of world-class competition and training facilities for amateur, Olympic, collegiate and professional athletes. Managed by AEG Facilities, the $150 million, privately financed facility was developed by AEG on a 125-acre site on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in Carson, California. Dignity Health Sports Park features an 8,000-seat tennis stadium, a 27,167-seat stadium for soccer, football and other athletic competitions and outdoor concerts; a 2,000-seat facility for track & field and a 2,450-seat indoor Velodrome. – the VELO Sports Center – for track cycling. Dignity Health Sports Park is home to Major League Soccer’s LA Galaxy, the five-time MLS Cup Champions.
Tamala has been with AEG for over 17 Years. She presides on several community boards and has received several awards and honors.
She has provided the community kids and families with countless donations and event opportunities for many years. Even when she is off the clock, she gives her time and dropping off holiday gifts, toys, books and trying to lift families spirts through food drives, Diversity Inclusion Listening calls, Women in Entertainment Luncheon and backpack drives through Covid-19 and the civil unrest.
Tamala is the wife of 4X Olympic Track and Field Medalist, Steve Lewis and a mother of two daughters. She is also a former recording artist on Columbia/Sony Records, professional dancer for several top recording artists, and clothing designer.

Maureen McBride opened Tabula Rasa Essentials in May, 2000 after a long career as an executive in the fashion industry. She created the ultimate southern California shopping experience with personally curated gifts, home decor, candles, apothecary, kids, jewelry, books and more located in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach.
Maureen is three times past President of the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business & Professional Organization and currently serves on the executive board. She was instrumental in bringing the Farmers Market to Manhattan Beach. She is a graduate of Leadership Manhattan Beach. Maureen served on the board and is a long time mentor of Walk With Sally. Tabula Rasa Essentials won Best Woman Owned Business from the MB Chamber in 2019, and she was the proud recipient of Local Love MB 2021.
Maureen has lived in Manhattan Beach since 1998. Her family all lives out of state so her friends are her family here. She loves to travel, going to the Greek for live performances, entertaining with friends, scuba diving, and wine tasting.

Brad Sperber is a Southern California native, and grew up in Newport Beach and moved to Manhattan Beach in 2007. He loves the ocean, the beach, and also the friendly people throughout the South Bay and is proud to call Manhattan Beach his home. While attending college at Cal Poly Pomona, he started to sell cars at his father's dealership in Norco, and immediately fell in love with the automotive industry. Brad enjoyed interacting with customers, helping people get into vehicles of their dreams, and also the challenges associated with any sales job. Brad's father had an opportunity to acquire Manhattan Beach Toyota in 2007 where Brad fell in love with product, the South Bay, and most importantly the customers at Manhattan Beach Toyota.
Brad has taken on many responsibilities at Manhattan Beach Toyota. He started as an Assistant Sales Manager, then moved into an Internet Director role where he started and developed the Internet Department. He then worked as a Sales Manager and took over as the General Sales Manager running the Sales and Finance operations for the dealership. He spent his off time learning about the service and parts department and really becoming well rounded. In 2014 Brad became the Director of Operations where he oversaw the daily operations as well as the construction of a new Sales Showroom.
Manhattan Beach Toyota prides itself in its customer service, where it ranks as one of the top dealers in the Nation for CSI. In addition Manhattan Beach Toyota is the recipient of the President's Award, one of the highest accomplishments for a Toyota Dealer. It has quickly become one of the top Toyota dealers in the nation and really prides itself on being a community Dealer.
