Are you ready for the Summer of Soccer?

We are getting very excited about the World Cup coming to Los Angeles this summer!

Join us on June 7 for the 2026 Manhattan Beach Soccer Golf Classic & Community Soccer Celebration! Come watch the Celebrity Pro-am soccer golf tournament at westdrift hotel Manhattan Beach. Then the evening opens to families with youth clinic programming, soccer activities, inflatables, a silent auction, food and beverage, former player appearances, and a soccer themed movie under the stars.

Have a look at our store, where we are featuring trading pins, stickers, coasters, window clings and pennant strings featuring our new Soccer Spoken Here artwork.

We have also updated Manhattan Beach’s visitor website, ExperienceMB.com, to include a World Cup Visitors page, where we offer visitor information, but also will feature watch parties all over town and an easy to read schedule with times in Pacific.

We welcomed 268 attendees as we heard firsthand how the City of Manhattan Beach is supporting our business community and preparing for the opportunities surrounding the FIFA World Cup.⁠

The event featured an exciting soccer-themed panel discussion with Manhattan Beach residents, former U.S. soccer star Alexi Lalas and John Thorrington of LAFC, making for a memorable and engaging conversation about leadership, sports, and the future of our region.
