The Secret’s Out
As one of the leading shopping centers in the area, South Bay Galleria continuously strives to deliver a shopping experience that is memorable, and ultimately exceptional. To elevate its customer experience, the mall is now sharing new, exciting South Bay Galleria Secrets with its guests.
Want to know South Bay Galleria Secrets? Read on for a special sneak peek:
To start – ever notice anything unique about the menu items at South Bay Galleria’s California Pizza Kitchen? Did you know that sometimes they have special, test menu items that aren’t available at other CPK locations?
Here’s the secret: South Bay Galleria is home to CPK’s exclusive Research and Development Kitchen.
In this special, separate kitchen, CPK chefs try out their culinary genius and create new recipes and ideas. So the next time you dine at the Galleria California Pizza Kitchen, keep an eye out for special menu inserts with new items that are not yet available in any other restaurant location.
On to secret #2: looking for something quick and healthy to munch as you shop?
With South Bay Galleria’s new “Healthier Food Court Menu,” guests have an easier way to find healthy options when dining at the Food Court.
The shopping center teamed with the experts at the Blue Zones Project, an initiative that specializes in finding healthy alternatives in traditionally not-so-healthy environments, to identify seven healthy menu items for guests to enjoy.
Today, guests can view South Bay Galleria’s “Healthier Food Court Menu” on restaurant menus, as well as on signs and table tents throughout the Food Court – perfect to help make healthy selections for the whole family! Secret #3 is about guest services – and technology.
Here it is: South Bay Galleria’s Guest Services team now has a new way to help customers. For the tech savvy shopper, the mall has enhanced its on-site technologies to give guests an opportunity to text in their questions for real-time answers.
Shoppers who text their questions or comments to 310-698-2801 during normal business hours will get a live response from one of South Bay Galleria’s Guest Service Ambassadors – cool, right?
This feature is great for shoppers who are in the mall but not close to the Guest Services booth, or for shoppers outside of the mall who have inquiries. Guests can find out when the Galleria Gaitors walking club meets, or what the theme of the next Kid’s Club will be – all with a quick text on your phone!
Plus, this new texting service also gives guests the opportunity report if restrooms need attention, so Guest Services can send an attendant right away.
On to secret #4, which is all about fashion.
South Bay Galleria is always bringing shoppers today’s newest fashions, with stores that offer new and innovative services to enhance customers’ experiences.
But did you know about personal shopping? That’s right – Nordstrom will make any shopper feel like a celebrity with its free, Personal Shopper Service, offered seven days a week during normal business hours.
Looking for a style makeover, or just in a hurry to find that perfect dress for this weekend’s event? This is where a personal shopper comes in. After a brief consultation to learn about your style and budget, your personal Nordstrom shopper will pull a selection of today’s latest fashions, accessories and shoes, and have them ready for you to try on at your convenience!
And the best part – this free service is really easy to arrange. Shoppers can call (310) 542-9440 or just walk-in to the personal shopper’s desk at Nordstrom to set up a free appointment.
Finally, secret #5 is all about fashion . . . and fun.
For tween and teen fashionistas, the new P.S from Aeropostale and Aeropostale stores at South Bay Galleria deliver an innovative shopping experience that combines the hottest styles with the latest technologies.
Check out the iPads in each dressing room, giving teens the chance to listen to their favorite music while trying on clothes! Plus, they can use the iPads to build their own outfits, then save them or email them to their friends. Pretty fun for a day of shopping.
Now that these secrets have been revealed, come check out what you might have been missing at South Bay Galleria, and see what else you can discover!
