A Night to Remember: Honoring Manhattan Beach’s Best 2014 Business and Community Success Stories
MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIF. (October 3, 2014)—The Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce welcomed close to 300 members of the local community to announce the winners of this year’s Best of Manhattan awards in a ceremony Thursday, October 2nd at the Manhattan Beach Marriott. The nine awards categories recognize a variety of 90266 businesses that embody the standards of excellence set by the awards committee.
The categories for the 2014 awards included: the all-around Best of Manhattan award; the Bob Meistrell Local Legends award for a lifetime of work to better the community; the E.C.O. award for the most Environmentally Conscious Organization; Home Sweet Home for best individual in real estate; Shop MB which recognized the most outstanding retail sales business; the Small and Mighty award highlighting a Manhattan Beach small business; Affair to Remember award which highlighted the best no-cost event; Pay It Forward award for the business with the most generosity; and finally, the Top Chef MB award.
